CH5 Chicago tonight at 10:00 news/weather

So one of my photos makes it big time. The Brant Miller weather segment will contain my photo. The Sat. Sun Times will have it on the weather page.

If you are in the area enjoy it. It is now their property so I would have to get permission to post it here I guess.

Any you can color me excited!

No that was not my photo... but you are right it is nice.

My photo was more of having the right photo at the right time and being something of a contrast of the dormant forest surrounding the spring that is now fully green with watercress. The shade green being contrast with the sun green adds another dimension.

Having it come out so close to St Patrick's was also no accident, I had gone out to get just this sort of picture earlier in the week in anticipation. Besides my Grandmother was Irish as was my Great-Grandmother(Dad's side of the family) so I have a bit of the green in my system.

This is a twin photo taken seconds after the the submitted one so I can freely post it here.

I'm also adding the photo of the photo from today's Sun Time (St P's Day).
