Shaper Support & Guard Assy 515704

I think this is what I saw used during the shaper demo on Friday. The DC3300 simply plugged into the top and the main table was turned around and an under-table shaping operation was done.
But what I'm not sure is how was the unit secured to the table? Was it in the track or was it via a clamp on the table. Anyone know or have a picture? In the catalog, I get this:

I don't see any clamp or bracket to secure the guard. When I look on the shaper package, it looks like the old over table guard.

The Router/Shaper Guard has a large T-nut that slides into top slot in the 510/520 fence.

For under table shaping, they may have been using a guard that looks like this:
As you can see it fastens with a clamp to the table. You would not normally use your fence with the t-slot on top. This shield goes with the
speed increaser package and is part number 515990. Be prepared for sticker shock!;)

The same T-Nut fits into the mitre slot also. I have never seen the little clamp shown in the picture. I sold the shield before I upgrade to the PowerPro and did not plan on doing shaping with the ShopSmith.

If you look at the photo, you will see that the shaper guard hooks to the post, and that post has a sliding t-nut at the bottom. Baiscally, its the same post plus t-nut that is used on the mortiser hold down.

You might notice that a shaper fence is not included. When using the shaper fence, you will find that you will not be able to use the t-nut and the guard.....no t-slot as it is covered by the fence base.
No big deal, just fasten the support post to a board and clamp it to the back of the table like the guard I referenced earlier in the thread.

In one of my less than brilliant moments, I purchased on e-bay ss pn 515704 which is a "Full Length Dust Shield for the Speed Increaser and Guard and Support Assembly for the Free Standing Router Table"(pant pant).
It was intended to be an improvement over the standard shield included with the speed increaser.
IIUC the free standing router table has a threaded hole that the post screws into.
515704 includes the modified shield, brush etc. and a post(with a studded end only - no t-nut).
The shield does not have the cutout area that the standard shield has.
I assume the clamp and threaded bar is included with the speed increaser 'kit'.
The single page instructions refer to the manual of the SI or SART for detailed mounting instructions.

I think this is the dust shield and mount you are referring to.....on my modified SS router table.
