He bought the shop & the house was free.

Hey Farley, if you run out of room when you start hauling the Shopsmith stuff in - my garage is probably the closest place where you have permission to dump it.

just kidding, thanks for the offer.

This should be our last house, has a lap pool for the wife, separate 20x30 workshop that is heated & cooled for me.
4.5 acres for privacy and the dogs.

It's about 30 minutes from Tucson, 45 minutes from Dusty and I, by Desert Diamond.

Should close on it Mid Sept. Got to sell the house I'm in, going to take a loss, but what the hell, gets me out of the neighborhood

Is that Desert Diamond like "Desert Diamond Casino" area?; south and east of Tucson. If so, you are now closer to shipwright who lives in the Green Valley area.
