Table - feed end is 1/2 inch lower than output end

Need help from someone in the San Diego Area

My worktable slants up 1/2 inch from the feed end to the output end.
As a result my extension tables do not align to my worktable. The worktable guides are not aligned with the extension table. My fence will not slide from the worktable to the extension table.

If anyone has a solution to this aalignment problem, I would be very grateful for your advice.

Model number? 500? 510? 520?

I am going to assume that you have a model 500. If this is the case, installing part 142 in this diagram upside down can cause the table to tilt front to back. There is a round protuberance that needs to face away from the table.

Hey that is what I was going to post! Not the part about about San Diego but the part about the part that might be upside down. That seems to be the most logical solution so the best I can say is I'll second that diagnosis.

And the word 'top' on that bump refers to its position when being installed with the table top resting on a horizontal surface. i.e. when being used with the table in its normal top surface 'up', that bump points 'down'.

Yes it is confusing!;)

FWIW yer lucky that part is not broken(over tightening the mounting screws with that bump facing the bottom of the table can result in breaking that part).
