Sketch Up question

I'm relatively new to Sketch Up and have a simple question. Is it possible to resize an entire project so that each piece is resized accordingly or must I resize each piece individually ?

For example if I have an 8X10 picture frame can I "stretch" that out to an 11X14 with all 4 pieces stretching proportionally?
