I'm sure you will let me know if I should desist from this:

The Transporter2003 and The Colonel and Me 1958

In The Colonel and Me, at the end the submarine cannot take three escapees from the Nazis because they have just taken aboard two British officers who are also escapees; they can only take two. Apparently the added weight of either one of two men or a woman will sink the sub (we don’t know) or it will overcrowd it so that oxygen will be depleted by an additional person. Apparently the movie goers in 1958 bought this crap. An additional 130 pounds will sink a sub?

The Transporterhad a similar venue. The driver of a getaway car had agreed to transport only x kilos of (something) but it was increased to 154 kilos; he argued that he hadn’t agreed to that and that the fuel in his car wouldn’t guarantee the delivery of the thieves and the product. So, one of the bad-guys was shot, tossed from the car and the movie continued. All this for some additional kilos of some contraband. Kill someone for that? Of course. That is how they do it in Hollywood and we should do it in the real world that should be patterned after Hollywood.

Forty-five years and Hollywood still considers us to be stupid or gullible. Obviously a great majority are one, the other or both.

Yes, I know it is fantasy; Just as Cinderella and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The only dwarfs I believe in are the ones I meet when I wake up and am having a two dwarf morning – Sleepy and Grumpy. They are real; the rest are employed by the Government and are named Sleazy, Sappy and Dopey and they never wake up so they don’t have a Happy, Grumpy, Bashful (Ashamed) day.
