Hi all,
I just bought a mid 60's vintage mark vii, and have some questions about the plastic rack which sets the headstock position. I appears to be in good condition, but is curling at the ends. This machine has been in basements for the last 25 years or so, and is now being subjected to low temperatures in my garage. Is that going to be a problem?
How do these things break?
I am thinking about gluing it in place on a nice hot day. Any opinions?
Thanks.
