To the best of my knowledge, all Mark V's have the same dive miter slot, so it should fit but others here are more versed on any anomolies on the the older units, so wait for them to weigh in first…but AFAIK all the Mark V's are the same and it's just the 10E/ER that had a narrower miter slot (I have no idea what the Mark VII or Mark II etc. used).

'82 Mark V 500 #96309
Two '47 10E's (serial#4314+6149) - one a dedicated drill press and the other a lathe
Two 10E/ER in parts slowly being restored…#26822 and #????? (SS plate missing)
SPT's: Bandsaw, Belt Sander, Strip Sander, Jointer, Jigsaw, Biscuit Joiner

What can I expect to pay for this setup? I have no miter fence, so I would need both pieces. Thanks

The basic dimensions on the miter slots on all the Mark 5, Mark V and Mark VII and Mark 7 are all the same but starting with the 510 table they added a keyhole feature to accommodate the addition of a washer on the miter bar. You may have to unscrew the washer from a newer miter bar to use it on a pre-510 table.

Good point - make sure you get one old enough that it doesn't have the keyhole washer (i.e. a 510/520 miter gauge)…the one in the photo above is a regular 500 one and should fit your Greenie fine. As far as what to pay, search back through the Completed Auctions to see what they actually have sold for vs. condition, shipping costs etc. The one you provided a link for looks to be in good/clean condition and $29 seems reasonable if that's what you end up paying for it (i.e. don't get caught up in a bidding war) - decide what you're willing to pay and stick to your price - I recommend a sniping service such as Bidnapper, which will place a bid for you in the last 10 seconds of an auction…saves you a lot of money and helps you avoid getting caught up in bidding frenzies.

Any M5/VII/V/7 miter gauge can be used with any of the models. The t-slot washer is the only thing that can interfere. Easily removed!!!

The really old version has a tapped hole near the far end of the bar.

$30 seems reasonable to me since it has the newer safety grip clamp.

I am in TN this week so I could not respond earlier. I see it just ended, did you get it?

I wanted one of these but the description says 10ER so I did not bid. Glad now that I did not. The shipping charges are outrageous.

No, I did not get it. I haven't bought anything on eBay in a while, so I'm not tuned in to it. I wish I had gotten it, because I need the hold down clamp, and mine did not come with a miter gauge for the saw.

Oh well. For now I need to focus on getting a spur drive for the lathe, and a vise for the drill press. I'm not going to be getting many accessories anytime soon.....
