If I had the room I would put that one in, along with micron pleated filters and a tornado type separator. Many posts on youtube about the hf dust collector, nothing wrong with the motor or fan. You can get the price down to 160 with a 25% coupon.

If it's possible, you guys with HF collectors might consider dispensing with the bags and mobile mount and directing the dust outside.
With a cyclone ahead of the unit, there is a minuscule amount of dust that escapes.
Saves a ton of space, a ton of $$ otherwise spent on upgrading the filter, and a ton of time otherwise spent emptying the bag. Suction is noticeably better, too.

That's what I plan on doing whenever I manage to get one! Take the money I save on filters on put it into ducting.

Remember that when blowing your dust outdoors, you are blowing a lot of air out along with it. And sucking an equal volume of outside air back into your shop. No problem for an unheated shop.

But if blowing heated air out and sucking freezing air back in, this could get expensive real fast. Ditto if running A/C on a hot day. I try to time my workroom exhaust fan use to coincide with moderate outdoor temps.

nice observation BUT in a 1 man shop in reality, some fresh air is good, how long is it actually running, when making a few cuts on the TS, BS, planer, jointer? Now doing some routering, or turning may be a bit longer, but better some fresh air return then some wood dust allergy. IMHO

I have a HF collector (claimed 2 HP) and like it.
I intend to pipe mine directly outside from the basement shop and into a small wooded area north east of the house. Note that this a farm and I have no close neighbors. My only near neighbors are my son about 900' to the northwest and one of my daughters about 400' to the south.
I do have past experience with venting outside, summer and winter.
For now I am just using the stock bags and have no problem with them.
I also have a Penn State DC that is said to be a 1 1/2 HP. It is also a good unit and is running the stock bags.
