I needed to make some "fittings/spacers" for my Delta saw fence tube to table supports, first I made them out of ash wood, my screw up, grain the wrong way and split under pressure, then bought a sheet of 3/4", 12"x12" UHMW, machines like wood, made the strip I needed, and whala!!

It will 'compress' under pressure, so keep the gorilla locked up.;)

Thanks JPG, on that, never used it b4, and yes it will be under compression, not jut a fancy face on a fence!!!
