Those are 1000 x 750.

The current limit is 1200 x 800.

Figured out 'inline' yet Dusty???

Did you use 'comments' field? Did you try different comment for each pix?

Actually, they are 640 x 480 on my computer. The website must have manipulated the size.

Nope, haven't work on it. So far I don't know why I need 'Inline'. Yes, I used the comment field and no, I did not try separate comments but I do know that the capability exists..

Interesting! I have not encountered size changes

"Inline" allows placing the pix within the text area similar to the 'old' way(paper clip). The order in the attachments area at the bottom may be inconsistent with one's intent.

I do like them being displayed there(an improvement over the old way that required clicking on them to display in a new 'window').

P.S. Notice the 'quote' hierarchy now being displayed? Another improvement!!!

Follow on regarding image size.

Stored Image is labeled: Both Sheaves and Belts at Low Speed. The Image Size is 640x480. No comment added; image display includes computer file name.

This post sorta, maybe, absolutely disproves my previous claim regarding image size.

The Droop Test 002 (Large).jpg
Well, let us see what the web site does with an image that is 1440x1080.

I guess the 1200 x 800 is an old 'max standard'.

If displayed 'in line', this image gets cropped.

If I save your image to my ipad photos, it looks like it is all there. Just not showing in the thread.

Interesting in that the 'compressed' display with scroll bars has what I assume to be the entire 1440 x 1080 pix, but the 'expanded' display appears to be cropped. r click and view info indicates the original size(1440 x 1080) in either display.

I can not explain that. Is there a limit imposed by the iPad.

Does this work. This image is larger yet.

Well, I thought it was. The maximum, btw, is 1920 x 1080. I was so informed when I tried to post something larger.
