:D what a wonderful experience we had today with Shopsmith. Apparently several orders that shipped today got double billed. Things happen and things are sometimes out of our control, but Shopsmith called my wife to give her a heads up that we may see a double charge for our order. Wow how nice and especially this time of year. They could have been like some other vendors and just waited to acknowledge it long after the fact. If you tried calling Shopsmith recently you know how busy they have been both with Christmas and the sales not to mention free shipping (or I just mentioned it). Anyway just wanted to give a big Shout Out to a Great Customer Serice organization. Thanks for going above and beyond !
