I found these on the floor yesterday when I put my 510 away. I know I've seen them before, picked them up before, and replaced them before but I can't for the life of me remember where they go. help ??? The photo isn't showing in "preview" so I don't know if it will be visible but it shows a small square nut and a star washer. Somebody has to know this one.

The only thing I can quickly think of, is the square nut and washer used to secure the legs to the base and/or head rest.

It's late, so who knows how poorly my brains is functioning.

caster assembly to legs?

Thanks guys. I knew I could count on the forum. I recognized the location as soon as I read it but it would have taken me a awhile to find it myself.
It was in fact a leg to casting bolt at the rest end. It would have been obvious if the bolt had fallen out, but of course it hadn't.
It's worth noting however that a quick lap around the machine checking all of these leg to casting and leg to caster bolts turned up about half that took a quarter turn to tighten. Might be worth checking yours......
