I recently upgraded my 500 to a 510.
Has any one modified the 500 shaper fence to use on a 510 table?
Modify shaper fence.

I modified mine and had no problems although I gave it to my son for his 510 and I bought a new one for my 520. What your question? Do you have the sketch for the modifications?

Re: Modify shaper fence.
So, the updated Model 10 fence will work on a 510?
The Mark V fence, (or the Mark V 500 fence) mounts
on a Model 10 table, just fine, which is why I call it an
updated Model 10 fence.

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.
Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

Only if one makes new holes in it! See the pdf above. Not a good thing IMHO, but if no other choice. . .skou wrote:So, the updated Model 10 fence will work on a 510?
