SS #44254 band saw blade alignment

I have watched the carter video but this unit is nothing like what he is using. The 1/8" blade runs at the back of the wheel as it should when turning by hand but as soon as you power up it jumps to the front of the wheels. How do you adjust this and apparently the upper and lower guide rollers are not adjustable. if so I sure don't see how. On the second unit I am using the 1/4 ' blade and breaking them on a steady clip. Lowe's loves me! Have any ideas?
