Mark VII Parts

I need a cam and a cam follower assembly. If anyone can put me onto these
items, pls advise.

I don't have the information that you seek but it is here on the forum. All you have to do is look for it. This has been a very common discussion amongst the Mark VII crowd.

Not sure what you mean by 'cam follower'. The control sheave is positioned by the cam. The part that rides on the cam is part of the control sheave.


Cams are exceedingly rare. :(

Too late perhaps, but one was on e-bay the past couple of weeks.

I assume you have 'damaged' parts. We may offer workarounds if we see pix of them.

I am probably going to sell my complete Mark VII headstock unit with a perfect cam. Drop me a line if interested.

Try attaching the pix again. ;)

I do not know of a way to get a pix from iphone directly to this forum. this forum.

Send it to jpg40504@yahoo.com as an attachment, and I will attempt to post it. A jpeg image is preferred.

Here is his damaged part.
Bill Mayo has in the past created a control sheave from a Mark 5/V version.

I hope Bill will respond to this and will be able to help when he is more active again(soon we hope).

Gotta inquire as to the condition of the bearing.
