I have walnut, curly walnut, cherry, curly cherry, ambrosia maple, burly maple, Apple, curly Apple, Sassafrass, wide quarter sawn white oak, holly, hand hewn beams, reclaimed woods, LOTS OF BURLS, turning blanks, and more.

Rough sawn air dried. I added some curly ash to the inventory last June but everything else is up to 15 years air dried.
