Continuing bag box 'enhancements' to the Mark VII

Repeating a previous post, the 'bottom' has a 'nest' that fits between the Mark VII 'legs'(they run horizontally end to end). The bag box sets in the middle.
Into this nest goes the shaper fence and the lathe tool rest parts.
ADDITIONS TO LEFT END
An end plate, a depression for the rip fence rear clamp and a nest for the miter gauge base end. Also 6 holes for mounting the bag box to the 'legs'.

ADDITIONS TO RIGHT END
6 more bag box mounting holes, another end plate, a nest for the rip fence base, and a peg for the miter gauge.

SLIDING PARTITION OPEN/INSERT
The right end slides under the bag box right end(it extends a half inch in past the inner mounting holes). The left end of the sliding partition will clear the box box left end. The 'knob' serves as both a handle for moving the partition and a peg to mount the tail stock onto.

SLIDING PARTITION CLOSED
The partition slides to the left under the bag box left end. The right end remains under the bag box right end.

ADDING MORE STUFF TO THE LEFT END
This addition is secured by the inner two bag box mounting screws at each end.

ADDING MORE STUFF TO THE RIGHT END
This is also secured by the inner two bag box mounting screws.

More follows - it gets 'populated'.

Looking good! Boy, those double sided conical discs are cool! 2 grits at once!

They are flat on the 'out' side and 'conical' on the shaft side.

The conical angle is less than the Mark 5/V/7. I have not measured it (yet).

Now just need to obtain some 10" abrasive disks.

The 'nest' for the disks may need to be altered. I made them sloppy to accommodate the added thickness due to the paper.

I may make the right side 'addition' over. I like the left side(made last) better.

Not really satisfied with the front table extension storage. Likely will fall when MVII is moved.
