Kaizen Foam?

I think I remember someone here mentioning using it but my memory is not that good to remember much more.
So I have a project that I'd like to try the Kaizen foam on. I got the foam at woodcraft's and also got the kaizen knife. I have plenty of material to practice on if need be but it would be nice to do it in one try. So I'm looking for hints and tips.
Anyone? Anyone at all?

I have used a bunch of it and in fact have all drawers in my shop lined with it. The main tip I have is if you are lining the bottom of the drawer is cut a piece to fit the drawer, install it and then put the tools you want to store there on top of the foam, position, then re-position, then live with it a few days. By then you will know for sure how you want your tools installed and are ready to mark and cut. Also, the long nose marker is the bees knees.

Love the long nose marker too!
I cut a small chunk off to play with. It cuts a lot easier then I thought it would. Maybe it is the knife but it was not like I expected.
The peeling is what has me worried, of course I haven't done that yet. My first test will be a 5mm allen wrench....... Too small to get a finger in so maybe an orange stick?
Did you do the little tapered finger grips? I saw a video about using a piece of copper pipe and heating it with a torch then pushing it into the opening...... I think I have some short lengths of pipe somewhere here, other wise I can cut a length out of a longer piece but that seems like a waste.
Got any pictures to share?

By coincidence Izzy Swan just uploaded a video today on YouTube, one of the subjects was Kaizen foam. Check it out! I would post the link, but my IPhone doesn't want to play!

So far so good! I did watch the video but it wasn't much of a how to on the subject. I lost the link but if you look him up it is pretty easy to find it.
The old it didn't happen without a picture says I have to show you this:

This is coming along pretty well. I do want to add some finger areas but will do that when I can work outside and use the copper pipe and torch to do it. I wonder if this will smell???
