Bandsaw blade sale
I see where Shopsmith has their bandsaw blade on sale. Of cource I just ordered some Timberlake blades last night! Oh well... I actually have not yet used a Shopsmith brand blade but may order a few as I seem to be doing quite a bit of bandsaw work recently. Just not sure which four blades i want to try. I will probably order their premium blade 3/16 as my wife wants my to make a bunch of those 3D reindeers for gifts. Aniyone care to share their thoughts on these blades?

Re: Bandsaw blade sale
Chris, this is my most desired blade for the bandsaw work I do most. I make boxes such as this.
I should use a 1/2" blade for cutting off the back. I have broken about 5 or 6 of these over the same number of years. They don't hurt, they simply come out and you can tell when it snaps. If correctly tensioned, the cut is straight through this 6" laminated block of cedar. Looking forward to seeing your work.
