Holiday potpourri

Hi guys,

I'm just starting to get into the holiday spirit, thinking about finishing up a couple of gift projects that I started a while back. But the wildlife around these parts is ready. Like these wild turkeys in our driveway, that my wife snapped through her windshield with a cell phone. They're apparently planning to march right up to our front door for the Thanksgiving feast!

Not to be outdone, this young buck seems to be auditioning for Christmas-feast entree. I walked out onto our back deck this morning to take this pic, in plain view, and he decided to stay in bed anyway.
