Interesting way to mount a portable table saw to a bench

This has no ShopSmith content so I figured I would post this here.

I initially was looking at this video as a method to set up a cross cut jig for a track saw ala Festool MFT and pieces, but was intrigued by the way Ron Paulk mounted his portable table saw.
