Shopsmith Demo No Show

I got several post cards and emails from Shopsmith about a demo that was to be at Lowe's in Tallahassee FL as well as announcement on their Facebook page. I went to the store and could not find them so I waited in line at the customer service desk and asked where they were. They never heard of Shopsmith. I showed them my email and they got on the phone and talked to some who said they didn't follow through. What ever that means.

I posted about it on their Facebook page but haven't received a response.

If it was canceled they should have sent out a notification. I was a little irritated but I didn't drive far and did some grocery shopping next door so the trip wasn't a total loss. They only wasted about an hour of my life. If I had driven from the next county to see the demo to say that I was upset would be putting it mildly.

I am sure there is more than one Lowe's in Tallahassee. Are you sure you went to the right one?

Yes, I was at the right one. The store even verified the address. I've lived here since 1992 I know where they are.

I suppose it is possible that Shopsmith published the wrong address and it really on the other side of town. I need salt for my water softener so I may go over there today.
