Motor direction issue

Got my stand for bandsaw set, but one overlooked issue... the motor direction is counter clockwise. Anyone familiar with motor specs that could tell me how exactly I can or cannot change direction? Took a picture of the spec label.

This the last bit before my bandsaw gets its own permanent stand.

The label says it is reversible. :)

"Rotation CCW - OPE to reverse ... interchange Black with Red leads."

Take off the access plate where the wires enter the motor. There should be a terminal plate.

I was hopingmy guess was right. You gave me the confidence to "rewire" it. Lol. It works. I did not fry my motor and all is good. Thank you.

Flashback with the Marathon Electric motor!

I went to work for them as Electrical Engineer after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, BSEE, back in 75.

Designed motors and generators for 8 years.

BTW they are still in business.
