If anyone has a spare $900k sitting around, there is a beautiful home for sale in NC. It was originally a sawmill constructed in 1835, but ceased operation in 1920 and has been converted into a home (Katydid Mill). Check out the link below if you want to see more of this gorgeous property or want to read about it. Unfortunately the sawmill is no longer operational, but this would make a great home for someone. I like how they have updated and tried to modernize this home a bit, but still try to keep it inline with the character of the property.
