SPAM ATTACKS

The past two days/nights the spammers have been having a field day. New posts appeared every few minutes. New users appeared almost as often.

At present they have been eliminated. That removal required several hours of concerted effort.

Thank Admin for creating the 'cadre' of moderators. It has not been an 'individual' effort.

Do not pm Admin to give thanks. Too busy at present. Do so in your hearts.

Keep up the good work. I suspect that this crap comes from some third world country somewhere on the other side of the globe as many of the posts show up overnight.

I too have noticed a spike in the volume of spam posts recently. I have even got to report a few, usually just before bed here on the west coast. :

Kudos to Admin and moderators, the spam is always dealt with promptly.
