Bandsaw adjuster knob & Screw

I find the Filister head screw #82 that retains the Guide Adjusting Knob #81 unscrews from the #80 Upper Guide Bracket when I adjust the guides. Any advice?

If it were mine, I would try some removable Loctite (blue) on the screw to retain it in the guide bracket. Also, lubricate the knob and screw where you expect them to turn easily. The guide bracket should also move quite freely for things to work correctly.
