Greetings everyone,

In part of my preparation to retire I am disassembling my fathers mark five. It has been idle for many years and needs some TLC which will be my first project in retirement. Are there any special tips I should know before I attempt to remove the power unit from the tubes?

Thanks in advance for any help.

John

One tip: if the end bracket ("way bar tie") doesn't want to come off the end of the way tubes, don't beat on the webbing between the tubes. The part is brittle.

Thank you, it was actually easier that I was expecting everything came apart with no problems. Hopefully it goes back together as well.
