Steady Rest

I've searched here and see that that some people have built a steady rest. Are there any plans to do so?? My brain isn't smart enough to design one from scratch.

There is one in the Power Tool Woodworking For Everyone, 1st edition.

Shopsmith sells one that fits in the rear hole on the carriage, Could be an idea there.
