Shopsmith blades are tapered to prevent them from being thrown from the head. I haven't seen any other replacements that have the taper so I would recommend just ordering a new set from Shopsmith.
Then, take your old set out and see if they can be sharpened again. If the chip is very big, sharpening won't work, but if it is a really small nick, it might.

You do know about shifting the blades sideways so the nicks do not align?

I would recommend getting a new set of blades. Besides it is nice to have an extra set for just such an occasion.

As JPG said there is room to offset the blades. If the nicks are small enough after sharpening offsetting the blades can work. I would recommend sharpening them before doing this to remove any burrs from the nicked edges. There is about an 1/8" of clearance on the near side before the blade will hit the infeed table. On the far side there is clearance between the head and the bearing/mounting. The picture below shows a blade offset towards the near side as indicated by the arrow.
