Scroll Saw Bushing puller - JPG inspired

Finally got tired of the lateral play on my scroll saw and reviewed JPGs great thread including replacing the bushings. Here is my variation of his shadetree puller:
3/8 carriage bolt with head ground to a bit under 5/8
3/8 hex nut with corners ground to just under 13/16 to align the bolt to the bushing
1" socket, a couple washers, and a nut

Remaining question is - where did you get replacement bushings?

MSC, and I'm aware that I'll need to machine the flange to dimension.

How embarrassing.
I was wondering how my scroll saw bushings managed to be so worn, yet the bearings in the connecting rod and drive shafts were like new.
Then I found a post of my own from several years ago detailing how I pulled and replaced the bearings.
Sigh.

Apologies for resurrecting 3 year old thread! Paulrussell, do you have a link to JPG's original puller? I've scrubbed the forum (and the rest of the internet) to no avail.
Also a bonus question, when you set the new bushing in, do you need to glue it in place? Or will just a hammer, ignorance and brute force do?
