Walking Car/Toddler Town Car plans

Thanks for posting the info on the Walking Car.
Since the plans originated from Wood Magazine I figured for sure they were copyrighted. Thus I went ahead and ordered a set from them. Arrived today. Scrutinized them top to bottom, side to side, and front to back. Nowhere can I find any info on copyright protection aside from a little TM next to the big words "WOOD PLANS". And a little tiny R with the requiste circle around it next to the word WOOD where it is used as WOOD MAGAZINE. I believe those trademarks would just refer to those words.
If, If, If I am right it would seem I fretted over this copyright business for nothing.
My wife, on the other hand, thinks there is a good chance those little tiny markings cover everything on the page.
BTW, guess it is obvious, neither of us are married to an attorney.
