I am having problems with the quadrant and loop on the drive system. The Mark V was purchased in 1982. I haven't use it very much, it is practically new. I just began to use it again resently, and the quadrant and loop broke. I am wanting a diagram or blow-up of the drive system so as to be able to repair. Would anyone know where I might get a blowup? I was looking on the Shopsmith site for my Mark V with the Serial # 112937 which I purchased on 2/3/1982. I could not find anything with these #'s. Why can't I find anything?
All help appreciated. One lost woodworker. lol...

Here's your blow up - - http://www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/part ... xpview.htm
As for how old it is - Serial No. looks like January or Feb. 1982. Is it a model 500? http://www.shopsmith.com/ownersite/faq/markv.htm
As Tim said, you should re-post under the maintenance section of the forum. You'll probably get a lot more help.
