Shopsmith Forums

From time to time the value of this Forum to our readers becomes very apparent. I've, personally, been constantly pleased and amazed by the interaction and innovation and knowledges exchanged here. Here is an example of the interaction - from the Shopsmith "Sawdust Sessions" to the inventions of our members.

There really are many examples of this type of idea interchange - It is not my intent to embarrass anyone nor to feature or applaud only these folks, but it is necessary to pass to these guys a big ATTA BOY!!! I only chose to feature this one because it recently became obvious to me. Our hats are off to ALL the Forum contributors for their inputs, and especially for their photos.

From the idea of the original inventor (Stephen C. Raffo) to the use of the Molder/Sander Fence Kit. This post is not at all to downplay the value of the Original Sand Flee, but also to show how this forum can serve to assist members wanting this capability, but unable to purchase a "Flee" to come up with their own solution.

This site has great membership and there seems to always be someone that is willing to answer a question from newbies like myself.
