The Jointer will work fine on the Power Stand. Just use the correct pulley combination to get the actual correct speed. Remember the speed setting used for it on the Mark V (and other Marks) is slower than the actual speed it is running at on the lower Idler's shaft than the speed is for the upper Drive Sleeve Assembly's shaft.

I ordered a new drive sleeve for the belt sander and it came in the mail today. The original sleeve was missing so I don’t know what it should look like but the replacement appears to be a piece of bicycle inner tube. Does it need adhesive?

Can't find the reference posts, but if I recall correctly people have recommended. Blow compressed air under the edge of the sleeve while pulling onto the drum. Roll one side back over the other, apply glue and roll back, repeat on the other side.
