Riving Knife

Just bought a new Mark 7...

Setting up the table saw, I cannot get the riving knife centered over the blade. It's about 1/2 over the blade. Are there any adjustments? Can't find anything in the manual...

1/2” horizontally or vertically? The knife on the saw guard or the stand alone knife?

1/2 the blade width, horizontally...

Was that way with the saw guard, which came new... it appeared to be bent. I ordered a new one. Prior to attaching the saw guard, I checked the new one. It was still half the blade width off, horizontally. About 1/16"

There is a screw in the lower saw guard that adjusts/sets the spacing of the position of the guard relative to the quill. (And therefore position of the riving knife relative to the blade.) The screw has a flat head and the usual 5/32" drive, it is immediately below the hole that the quill goes in. This should be in the M7 manual, it is for the 510/520 (IIRC).

The adjusting screw others have mentioned will help but since it only contacts the lower saw guard on one side of the quill it can cause the guard to get cocked out of square when you mount it on the quill. I lived with that for awhile and then just put a ring of appropriate thickness gasket material on the quill that I push the guard up against when I install it. That works much better for me than using the offset screw.

The set screw suggestion works perfectly... it provides are subtle adjustment. Thanks for your help!!!
