Headstock Being Offered Free

I have a Mark V headstock with an undiagnosed problem, probably related to the speed control.

I've replaced this one with one new to me and am offering this to anyone who want to repair it or cannibalize it for parts.

What would be the shipping to TN?

Probably very late to the party but if the first 2 deals fwll thru I would live to pay the shipping for a free headstock.
Even a bare one. Got an original Goldie with cracked case
