Glue to attach Planer Stainless Steel Clad to Aluminum Casting

Hi,
which type of glue would be the best to glue a new piece of stainless steel on the aluminum casting bed from the planer?

If it were me and my stainless steel skin had to be replaced, I'd use either contact cement, or a thinned down coat of JBWeld (thinned with isopropyl rubbing alcohol)

If it were mine, I think I would try something like 3M 77 spray adhesive.

I agree or an epoxy adhesive appropriate for metal.

He did say a NEW piece. That shouldn't be too hard.

Missed that!
Wonder how the new piece will be formed over the ends. If not very strong adhesion is required.
Me thinks I would replace it with a sheet of hdpe(slick)
