Searching on posts for "610 jigsaw' I came across a couple where people were discussing making and possibly selling the crankcase gaskets for these machines.
If anybody has one for sale, please let me know. I'm also in the market for a lower chuck.

Geoff,
You will have to keep an eye out for the Lower Chuck for sale. It may take buying a complete or partial lower unit to get one. As for the Gasket I have seen them for sale on eBay. There is someone making replicas. You can make your own gasket. Use the Cover as a pattern for the outside and cutout the middle of the inside leaving enough gasket material to cover the end of the Housing. Don't forget to cutout a space for the vent hole. A Gasket is shown below and note the indent cutout needed for the vent as indicated by the arrow.
- .
The OEM Gasket above had cutout spots all around the Gasket, so it does not matter which way it is positioned the vent is always clear.
Below shows the vent holes in the Housing that must be kept open.

I bought the set off of ebay, with the bearing and seals plus the gasket. Worked well.
I 3d printed the pump seal. Haven't tried it yet, but it should work.
