DIY Shopsmith lathe

I've owned my Shopsmith for over 40 years, wonderful machine. However, I haven't used the lathe feature very often. It's just too awkward of a changeover for some of the quickie projects I might like to do.
Recently I looked into making a DIY lathe with an electric drill. There are many Youtube videos showing how to build a lathe like that. This video inspired me to build the one shown in the attached photo. It works very well.
