The plastic coupler is 5" long.

The ID of the plastic coupler ends is 1.122"inches and 1.123".

The OD of both metal hubs is 1.122".

The ID of the two metal hubs is .623".

Hope this answers all your questions.

The shaft the metal hubs fit onto are 5/8" and 1/2". The headstock end is always 5/8" The 1/2" coupler connects to the jointer and I think the scroll saw and the old jigsaw. All other SPT's are 5/8".
