Removing paint spatter?

Recently aquired scroll saw that has paint spatter on it. Any ideas on a way to clean it off?

Some suggestions on this site might work. Stop by a paint shop and see it they have any suggestions.
Rubbing alcohol (3% isopropyl alcohol from grocery store) may work.

[93%] might work better!:D IF latex base. If oil base, something stronger. Mineral spirits and elbow grease. Any thing stronger may also remove the 'original' finish. Try goo-gone!

I would probably try mineral spirits first.
Next would probably be some kind of rubbing compound, maybe automotive just because I have a good bit of it on hand.
You could also try Pumice or rotten-stone.
Another option and one I am good at is to just ignore it.

I am with the farmer; what paint spatter??? More to my interest is that your scroll saw is Made In The USA!

Thanks for the suggestions. Paint store had something called Oops to remove dried latex. That got most of it off and if I don't look thru the bottom of my bifocals can't see the rest.

Wonder what the main ingredient is????
