I'm sure some or most of you are familiar with the Woodsmith videos at Woodworkingonline.com, so I thought you might be interested in an index to the different videos that are available. So far there are 42 covering all aspects of wood working and it is a real pain trying to go back through all of them to find one in particular. I made a PDF index and, if it works correctly, and if you are on line, all you have to do is click on the video you want in the index and it should open in your browser. Even if it doesn't work, at least you will still have the index to reference.

Works for me.. I wish I knew how to do that (pdf files). It would come in handy for other stuff.

Check out a free program called "Primo PDF." It installs as a printer. When you want to turn a document into a PDF file, you "print" it but you choose "Primo PDF" as the printer. The program will walk you through the rest. It's easy and free.

Does it let you insert hyperlinks in the pdf?

I use a free program called OpenOffice. I couldn't afford MS Office so I downloaded this program. It reads and writes MS Office files and does just about anything MS Office can do. Including Saving a file in PDF format. If you are in need of a good "Office Type" program, you can't go wrong with this one... http://www.openoffice.org/

I've been using OpenOffice for almost 2 years. Once you do minimal adjusting to using it, there are no issues.

I second this opinion.
