SS Jointer on a Powerstand

I've had this jointer on a power stand for a while, and haven't touched it except to roll it out of the way.

It is in excellent condition, just barely dusty, no rust at all.

1) possible worth?
2) anyone wanna make an offer?

In my little shop, I do a lot of turning and no flat work to speak of. The thoughts I had to "need" a jointer have diminished, and I really need the floor space. (College son has returned home with 150% of the stuff he left with!)

Just feeling it out. I'm in No.Virginia if you're interested.
