ER10 upper belt pulley ID / mating shaft OD

Anyone know what these parts should measure?
- ID of the upper belt pulley
- OD of it's mating shaft
My ER pulley ID is .825" / mating shaft OD. 810". (.015" difference).

From memory, 13/16" pulley bore.

Good luck finding a 0.0075 thick sleeve!:D A pop can about twice around oughta do it!:rolleyes:

Again from recollection, the headstock pulley was non-standard and required a standard bore pulley to be bored out to 13/16". Man, I hope I 'membered correctly.

Soda can WILL be the solution. Here's a photo of what the shaft looks like. I would think the previous owner would have realized there was an issue before it reached this state.

Well, it was painted orange which calls the previous owner's observational skills into question to begin with...
