Over Arm Router DVD

Post by fjimp »

Last week I decided to call Shopsmith and try to purchase the Over Arm Router DVD they are currently giving away with an Overarm Router Purchase. After a bit of a wait on the phone it was agreed I could purchase one given the fact that I had purchased the new version of the Overm Arm Router set up from Shopsmith a couple of years ago. It is true this is an old DVD used for training with the older OPR model. The information included is invaluable. If you own the OPR and do not have this DVD you owe it to yourself to purchase one. I now can put my OPR to use and feel save and well trained to do so. Give Shopsmith a call. Jim

Yes Ed, Casey Chaffin is the fellow who presented the OPR and did a fine job at that. The DVD may be old but still valuable. Personally I like Nick better he allows the viewer to see all of the oops and restarts. Not that any of us ever have those experiences. Jim

Thanks for the conformation on the video, mine being a VHS tape and many years old seem a bit washed out but still quite watchable...

I'm not going to say how much I had to pay to get it but I'm sure it was more then what the current DVD goes for. It took many tried to even find one in my price range, some of them went for over $80 (I'm to cheap to spend that much).
