Greenie miter gauge parts

I'm almost done restoring a 1954 Greenie Mark V--my first. I'm trying to figure out how to put my miter gauge back together, and I seem to be missing the two special washers that the diagram in the manual shows. In the diagram, it shows one washer goes on the bottom of the bar where the protractor holding screw is. The other washer is shown between the bar and the protractor on the stud for locking the miter gauge. What is correct, and what size should the washers be? Would someone please explain how this goes together or take a photo of one apart, showing how it goes together. The part number is A3113--washer, special. Thanks for your help! Cam
