Jigsaw restore in Seaside Green
Here are some photo's of the 1950's Magna jigsaw I restored. I have just a few parts to polish and put on before complete.
I wanted to paint it the Verder (sp?) green that everyone uses but it is not available anyplace in Cincinnati so I had to pick another color.
After much thought I came up with the color combo of Seafoam Green and black. A very popular color combo back in the 1950's
The green I used was a satin Seaside Green by American Accent. Purchased at Hobby Lobby. Rustolum has a color called Seafoam Green. It is the exact same color as the Seaside green but in a gloss finish.
Le me know what you think of the colors.
Thanks for looking.

Beautiful & well done. Ahh, Seafoam Green - It elicits fond memories of Ameican autos from the 50s &60s and it was a very popular color for Fender guitars as well. Good choice!
