Parts list wanted

I'm looking for a parts list for a SS support table. SS list the table on the web site but doesn't show a break down of parts. If someone out there could e-mail one to me I would be very appreciative. SS part number is 555306. This is for a Mark V 500. I 'm trying to see how they mount it to the table on a 500. I want to build one from some scrap I have but in need of some plans.
