Outfeed table ideas/solutions?

Here's a question regarding outfeed tables...
Are there any good suggestions out there for building an outfeed table that works well with the SS? Thus far I'm planning to just buy one of those adjustable roller stands rather than build a dedicated table, but I'm interested in knowing if there are some good solutions out there.
